Targeted, precise and effective muscular and soft tissue treatment.
Myotherapy is the assessment, treatment and management of muscular conditions, which can cause muscular dysfunction, pain and loss of movement. Our myotherapists at Family Chiropractic Berwick utilise a range of treatment techniques to restore and maintain the normal integrity of the soft tissue structures (muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia).
Myotherapy can treat muscular dysfunction caused by trauma, overload or misuse of muscles from occupational, sporting or recreational activities.
Our Myotherapists use techniques such as deep tissue massage, dry-needling, cupping, and stretching techniques to help release trigger points to alleviate tightness in muscles.
